How do I buy online?
1. Take a look at our catalogue, choose an article, select color, size and quantity, and add it to your cart.
2. Once you have selected everything you Desire, proceed to check in. The system will ask you to log in.
3. Type in the destination address or confirm the one you have registered when signing in
4. Choose the most convenient payment method for you
5. After authorizing your purchase, the system will automatically deliver a confirmation email

Deliveries will be carried out by DHL, throughout their duly identified personnel or an exclusive agent of the firm.

1. Enter www.dhl.com.ar and type in the guide number that Willie provided to you by email after your package has left our premises.
2. Or call DHL Customer Service: 0810-2222-345, Monday to Friday, from 8 - 20hs and Saturdays from 9 to 13hs.

To which address are my products delivered?
• Deliveries will be made to the address you have indicated when checking in. You can type in a different address than the one you have registered when signing up as a user.

What happens if there is no one available to receive the package?
• If there is no one to sign for the package when the DHL personnel arrives, a notification will be left specifying your guide number and a contact telephone to coordinate the delivery.
• A second visit will be paid and a second notification will be left, with the same contact data.
• If the addressee did not get in touch with the courrier, they will try to reach her/him within the week of the first of contact.
